The protected preview uses a session identifier and failed-login records. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable website operation under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).

When you contact us

We process your email address and the information in your message to respond and handle your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in communication; steps taken at your request before entering into a contract fall under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Providing information is voluntary. Without contact information or relevant details, we may be unable to respond.

SenteNova launch notification

If you request a launch notification, we process your email address, page language, submission time, and consent version only for that purpose. The legal basis is your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Providing your address is voluntary and does not create an app account. We keep it until you withdraw consent or we send the notification, for no more than 180 days after submission. You can withdraw consent at any time using the button shown after submitting the form or by emailing hello@sentenova.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place beforehand.

Cookies

The protected preview uses the necessary SenteNovaPreview cookie to secure access and protect the login form. It is a browser-session cookie; preview access expires after eight hours of inactivity. Consent is not required for this necessary cookie. This informational website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking the necessary cookie prevents preview login.

Who can access your data

Authorized personnel and hosting and email providers can access data as needed for their roles. Hostinger provides hosting. Providing these services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area; Hostinger's terms describe the relevant safeguards, including standard contractual clauses. You can request information about these safeguards or a copy through our privacy contact.

How long we keep data

Retention depends on the purpose: correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle the request and protect related legal claims; security records are kept for the time needed to protect the website and investigate incidents.
